Renewed Appeal for Missing Man from Strood

 

Kent Police have issued a renewed appeal for information as the search continues for 25-year-old Regan Phillips, who was reported missing from Strood. Officers are specifically appealing for dashcam and CCTV footage that may help locate him.

Last Known Sighting

Regan was last seen at around 11:40 pm on Friday, October 18, 2024, near the junction of Knight Road and Priory Road.

He is described as a white male, approximately 5ft 7ins tall, with short brown hair and goatee-shaped stubble. At the time of his disappearance, Regan was wearing a long-sleeved navy blue shirt, dark grey trousers, and brown shoes.

Appeal for Information

Kent Police are urging motorists with dashcam footage and residents or business owners with CCTV in the area to check for any footage that may show Regan. Officers believe that video evidence could be crucial in tracing his movements.

Anyone with information or footage that may assist the search is asked to contact Kent Police immediately by calling 999 and quoting reference 19-0911.

Authorities remain concerned for Regan’s welfare and continue their efforts to locate him.
