Woman Found Dead in Car on Quiet Erith Street

A woman was tragically discovered dead inside a car on Sandcliff Road, a usually peaceful residential street in Erith. The grim find happened just before 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, 10 November.

Emergency Services Rush to Scene

Metropolitan Police officers and London Ambulance Service crews quickly responded after being called to the scene near Church Road. Despite their best efforts, the woman was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival.

No Suspicion of Foul Play

The Metropolitan Police have confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious. There’s no sign of any foul play at this stage.

A police spokesperson said: “Police were called by LAS at 10:24 hrs on Sunday, 10 November, to the sudden death of a woman in a car in Erith.”
