Police are appealing to the public for assistance in finding Daniel Kowliski-Balabka, a 14-year-old boy who was reported missing from Strood, Rochester. Daniel was last seen around 6 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2024, in Strood town.
Daniel is described as being 6ft tall with a slim build, short blond straight hair, and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black puffa jacket, a white t-shirt, grey joggers, and grey Nike trainers with orange laces.
He is also known to have links to Dartford. Police are urging anyone with information about Daniel’s whereabouts to contact them immediately by calling 999 and quoting reference 11-1466.
