Woman Charged with Attempted Murder After Late-Night Knife Attack in Dover

Knife Rampage on Biggin Street

A 47-year-old woman has been slapped with attempted murder charges following a knife attack on Biggin Street, Dover, late on Friday night, January 17, 2025.

The victim, a woman in her 50s, was stabbed around 10:10 pm. Quick-thinking pub security stepped in, restraining the attacker until police arrived. Officers arrested the suspect on scene and took her into custody immediately.

The victim suffered back injuries but has since been discharged from hospital. Police confirmed the attacker and victim did not know each other.

Charges and Court Date Set

Natasza Zakrzewska, from Salisbury Road, Dover, now faces:

  • Attempted murder
  • Threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place

Ms Zakrzewska was remanded in custody and is due before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 20.
