Tragic Crash in Bradford: Driver Dies After Audi Slams Into Wall
A late-night horror on Dryden Street, Bradford, has left one dead and two injured after a single-vehicle crash.
Witnesses Urgently Sought by Police
The Major Collision Enquiry Team (MCET) is hunting for anyone who saw the crash or holds dashcam footage. The crash happened just after 11.30pm on Saturday, July 30, when an Audi SQ5 failed to take a left turn and smashed into a wall.
Casualties and Investigation
- The 24-year-old driver died at the scene.
- A male passenger suffered potentially fatal injuries and was rushed to hospital.
- Another male passenger from the back seat was hospitalised with non-life-threatening injuries.
“A number of enquiries remain ongoing today into this clearly very serious collision which has sadly resulted in a young man losing his life,” said DS Fiona Allan of MCET.
The Audi was travelling away from Shipley Airedale Road on Dryden Street when the crash occurred. Police want to hear from anyone who saw the vehicle just before the smash or witnessed the incident itself.
