CCTV released after bar brawl in Rochester
Brawl breaks out on High Street
Police have dropped CCTV images and are hunting witnesses after a late-night disturbance outside a Rochester bar. The chaos unfolded between 1.50am and 2.30am on Saturday, February 8, near Blue Boar Lane on High Street.
Reports say a man shoved a woman to the floor before another man stepped in and launched an assault. More scuffles erupted at the same spot soon after.
A 27-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault. He is now out on bail while the probe continues.
Police urge witnesses to come forward
Officers want anyone who saw the incident but hasn’t yet spoken to them to get in touch. They’re especially keen to identify a man caught on CCTV who could hold key information.
