A 16-year-old boy is recovering in hospital after being stabbed during a violent incident in Frandor Road, Bersted, near Bognor Regis on Monday evening (24 February).
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 7:35pm, where they found the teenage victim suffering from stab wounds. He was rushed to hospital for treatment and is now in a stable condition, though police have confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
Arrests Made
Sussex Police have arrested two teenage boys in connection with the stabbing. A 16-year-old and a 14-year-old, both from Bognor Regis, were taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder. They are currently being held for questioning as the investigation continues.

The area around Frandor Road remains an active crime scene, with a visible police presence as officers carry out house-to-house enquiries and review CCTV footage from the surrounding area.
Chief Inspector Will Keating-Jones of Chichester and Arun District addressed the community’s concerns:

Police are appealing to the public for information, especially from anyone who may have seen or heard anything in the Frandor Road area between 7:00pm and 8:00pm on the night of the attack. They are particularly interested in any CCTV or dashcam footage that may assist with the investigation.
