Police are investigating after a man was injured in an assault involving a glass bottle in Croydon.
Officers were called by the London Ambulance Service to London Road, Croydon, at 7.13pm on Friday, 2 May 2025, following reports that a man had been attacked.
A 34-year-old man was found at the scene and was taken to hospital. His injuries were later assessed as non-life changing.
At this time, no arrests have been made, and investigations are ongoing.
Police are urging anyone with information or witnesses to come forward as enquiries continue.
The assault comes amid wider concerns about street violence across parts of South London.
