Young Man Falls to His Death in Soho – Police Hunt Witnesses
Tragedy struck Soho in the early hours of Saturday, May 3, when 22-year-old Ryley Harbord fell to his death on Brewer Street. Emergency services rushed to the scene just after 2am but sadly, Ryley was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ryley’s death is being treated as unexpected. Officers are actively investigating to establish the full circumstances around the incident. Their priority is to piece together what happened before the young man’s fatal fall.
Witnesses in Soho Urged to Come Forward
Detectives are appealing for anyone who saw or spoke to Ryley on Friday night, May 2, to get in touch immediately. They are especially keen to hear from those who had contact with him between 7pm and 2am – during Soho’s busy night ahead of the Bank Holiday weekend.
Investigator Issues Emotional Plea
“Our thoughts are with Ryley’s family at this unimaginably difficult time,” said Detective Chief Inspector Anne Linton.
“Soho was bustling that night, and there’s a good chance someone saw or spoke to Ryley. Even the smallest piece of information could help us build a clear picture of what happened.”
