Kent Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to identify in connection with a reported sexual assault at a business on Dover Place Road in Ashford.
The incident took place on Saturday afternoon, when a woman was allegedly touched inappropriately over her clothing by a man she did not know. The suspect is also said to have made lewd and inappropriate comments before leaving the premises.
Police Appeal for Public Assistance
In a statement, a spokesperson for Kent Police said:
“Officers are investigating a report of a sexual assault that occurred at a business premises on Dover Place Road, Ashford. We are releasing an image of a man who may be able to assist with our enquiries.”
“We ask anyone who recognises him, or who has any relevant information, to come forward.”
Members of the public are urged to call 01843 222289, quoting crime reference 46/104804/25, if they can help identify the man pictured or provide any further information.
