Casualty on Southeastern Line Sparks Major Disruption
A person was hit by a train on the Southeastern line near Welling at around 9.40am today, September 16. Emergency crews, including officers and paramedics from the 123 are shut while emergency services handle the situation. “Officers were called to Welling railway station at around 9.40am today (16 September) following reports of a casualty on the tracks. Paramedics also attended, and a person has been taken to hospital with injuries that are still being assessed. The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
