Van Driver involved in Collision on A27 Bognor Bridge Chichester arrested by Police

A driver is lucky to be alive following a serious collision on A27 Bognor Bridge Roundabout in Chichester this evening. The drunk was driving a white Vauxhall combo when it was involved in a crash. Emergency services were called to the incident just before 9pm on Saturday evening. Fire crews from Chichester were also called to assist at the scene. Officers from the West Sussex Road Police have confirmed that the driver of the van has been arrested drink-driving and has been taken to Chichester Police station after failing a road side breath test.
