Police Officers appeal for help in locating wanted man Mitchell Kemp. Surrey Police is appealing for help in tracking down a man who is wanted on recall to prison. Mitchell Kemp, 24, was last seen in Aldershot on the 18th May 2017. Kemp is described as white, 175cm tall, of a slight build with fair hair and blue eyes. He is believed to have links to the Farnham, Aldershot and Farnborough areas. Anyone who has seen Kemp, or has any information as to his whereabouts, is urged not to approach him but to contact police immediately.
