Police appeal for witnesses after robbery in Woosehill near Wokingham

Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Woosehill, Wokingham. At around 8pm on Saturday (29/6) the victims, two teenage boys, were in the Morrisons car park near to the bike stands when they were approached by three other teenage boys. The offenders engaged in conversation with the victims and are believed to have acted in a threatening and intimidating manner. A mountain bike and a quantity of cash were taken from the victims. The offenders are all described as white boys aged between 13 and 14 years old. The first boy is described as being of slim build with short blonde hair. He was wearing a grey t-shirt and grey shorts. The second boy is of small build with dark coloured, permed hair. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded sweatshirt and light blue jeans. The third boy is described as being of larger build with short blonde hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and white shorts. Investigating officer Detective Constable Neil Lofthouse of Force CID based at Loddon Valley police station said: “I am urging anyone who witnessed this incident to please come forward. “Anyone with any information should contact police on the 24-hour non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 43190197148 or make a report online. “Alternatively, reports can be made anonymously to independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
