Man in his 50s Dies After Incident on Shepperton Road

Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a man in his 50s died on Walton Bridge Road, Shepperton, on the evening of 19 September. Officers were called just before 8pm following reports that a pedestrian was found with serious head injuries in the road. Sadly, the man died at the scene. His family have been informed.

Road Closed as Investigation Underway

Walton Bridge Road remains closed as police investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. Authorities suspect a possible fail-to-stop collision and have two people currently in custody linked to the case.

Police Urge Public to Come Forward

Sergeant Ben Grilli from Surrey’s Road Policing Unit said: “This is in the early stages of the investigation. We are appealing to anyone who saw a vehicle driving erratically or has dashcam footage that could help. Please get in touch as soon as possible.”
