A BMW failed to stop for police on Rochdale Road East, Heywood, at around 11:45pm on Sunday, 20 March 2022. A brief police chase ended when the car crashed into a building on 1 Road East.
Two Men Critically Injured in High-Speed Crash
Two men, aged 27 and 18, were treated at the scene by police and paramedics. Both remain in serious condition in hospital following the crash.
Police Probe Now in Independent Hands
The incident has been passed to the Independent Office for Police Conduct for investigation.
