Chief Constable Scott Chilton rolled up his sleeves today at the Hampshire police training HQ in Netley, helping load festive presents onto trucks. These gifts are on their way to children who need them most – just in time for Christmas morning.

“Every box you see here represents a child who may not have had anything to unwrap on Christmas morning,” said Chief Constable Chilton.
He added: “It’s incredibly sad that appeals like ours are necessary, but it’s amazing to see the generosity from everyone across Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary who donated this year. This fantastic kindness shows how our staff stand with those most in need.”
