Man Arrested After Fatal M6 Motorway Crash

A 59-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a tragic collision on the M6 motorway.

Fatal Collision Near Junction 10

The crash happened just before 3pm near Junction 10, involving a motorcyclist who died at the scene. West Midlands Police confirmed the arrest came the day after the smash.

The suspect remains in custody this morning as officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit continue their probe.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Police are urging any drivers who were near Junction 10 at the time to come forward. They are especially keen to see dashcam clips that could reveal crucial details.

“The family of the man who died have been notified and are being supported by officers. Our thoughts are with them at this tragic time,” said West Midlands Police.
