Darren Townsend’s Crime Spree
Darren Townsend, 51, from Carfax Street, pleaded guilty to burglary and attempted burglaries. His crime wave hit local communities hard throughout August 2025.

Townsend was sentenced on Tuesday, 17 November 2025, at Minshull Street Crown Court. His conviction brings relief to the affected neighbourhoods.
