The alarm was raised just before 4pm at the Solstice Park store. Witnesses reported frantic staff evacuating shoppers while CPR was administered to the stricken man.

The Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance touched down at the scene, with critical care medics providing urgent, life-saving treatment.
