A serving Met police officer is due in court charged with sexual offences. PC Kleber Ismael Yamasque Martinez of the North Area command unit will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 9 March.
Four Counts of Sexual Assault
Martinez faces four counts of sexual assault by touching. The alleged incident happened at a bar on Shaftesbury Avenue, Soho, on Saturday, 7 December 2024.
Suspended Since October 2025
PC Yamasque Martinez has been suspended from duty since October 2025 amid the investigation.
