A serving Met police officer is set to face court over serious sexual offence charges.
Cop Charged with Four Counts of Sexual Assault
PC Kleber Ismael Yamasque Martinez, from the North Area command unit, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 9 March. He faces four counts of sexual assault by touching.
The alleged attacks took place at a Soho bar on Shaftesbury Avenue on Saturday, 7 December 2024.
Suspended Since Last October
Met police suspended Martinez from duty in October 2025 as the investigation unfolded. He remains off the job ahead of his court appearance.
