A predator has been sentenced to nine and a half years for raping a vulnerable 15-year-old girl in Stockport.
Farjam’s Sick Deception
Mohsen Farjam, 41, a homeless man with no fixed address, was found guilty at Manchester Crown Court on 5 March. He admitted to two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault, and sexual assault by penetration.
Targeting the Vulnerable
The horrific attack took place in July 2018. The teenage girl, who has a neurodevelopmental condition, was alone and visibly upset when Farjam spotted her.
Posing as a homeless man, he gained her trust by offering food and phone charging. Once she was vulnerable, Farjam struck.
Terrifying Assault in a Tent
Farjam led her to a tent on the edge of Stockport—his hideout. He gave her vodka and began abusing her, telling her she looked “nervous” as he carried out the assault.
The case highlights the constant danger faced by vulnerable youngsters and the determination of police to crack down on twisted predators.
