Man Stabbed to Death at London Party
Police rushed to a violent fight on Chigwell Road just after midnight on Friday, June 3rd. A man in his 30s was found with stab wounds at the scene.
Despite frantic attempts by paramedics, the victim was pronounced dead at the spot. He is believed to be Lamar Jackson, 39, from Hackney, though formal ID is still underway.
Family Devastated, Police Seek Witnesses
Lamar’s family has been informed and is receiving support from specialist officers. Detectives from the Specialist Crime Command are leading the investigation.
“This attack happened at a party, and we know a large number of people would have been in attendance,” said Detective Chief Inspector Laurence Smith. “If you have not yet spoken to us, please come forward and tell us what you saw. Some of the events may have been recorded on phones. Check your footage and call us. It’s vital we piece this together.”
Crime Scene Active, No Arrests Yet
The area remains cordoned off as police carry out inquiries. No arrests have been made so far, and the hunt for answers continues.
