West Midlands Police have charged 21-year-old Haytham Almosuli with attempted murder following a shooting in Smethwick.
Victim Shot in Leg
The incident happened just after 1.30am on 11 March on Bearwood Road. A 19-year-old man was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital. The victim has since been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder but was released on police bail.
Seized Weapons and Multiple Charges
Almosuli faces several charges including:
- Attempted murder
- Possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger life
- Possession of two zombie knives in a private place
- Theft
- Fraud
- Motoring offences
He is set to appear before Birmingham magistrates today.
