A police van rushing to an emergency slammed into a car in Crook Log just before 9.30am today, March 31.
Driver and Officers Hospitalised
Emergency crews arrived swiftly. The car’s driver, a man in his 70s, was taken to hospital as a precaution. Fortunately, his injuries are not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.
Meanwhile, all four officers inside the police van were also hospitalised. Their conditions remain unknown at this time.
Road Closures and Investigation
Authorities closed both directions on Crook Log and The Broadway during the incident, but all roadblocks have since been lifted.
No arrests have been made as investigations continue.
