West Midlands Police have arrested two men on suspicion of attempted murder following a shocking attack in Solihull.
Early Morning Assault
Officers were called to Heathmere Drive just before 5am on Tuesday after a man was discovered with a serious head injury. The victim was rushed to hospital and remains in a critical condition.
Suspects in Custody
The police have detained two men, aged 26 and 30, who are currently being questioned over the incident.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Detectives are urging anyone who was in the area around the time of the attack to come forward. Witnesses can contact police on 101, quoting log 497 of 7 April.
