Thieves Swipe Polaris Ranger and Priceless Tools
In the early hours of Sunday, a family farm near Stockton-on-Tees was targeted by burglars. At around 3am, thieves made off with a Polaris Ranger, a sprayer attachment, and a haul of valuable tools worth about £3,000.
Tracked Down Thanks to Smart Tech
Thanks to the vehicle’s onboard tracking system, police quickly tracked the stolen Polaris Ranger to Lackenby Woods. The quad was recovered with only minor damage to its side mirrors, a small silver lining for the farm owners.
Milwaukee Tools Still Missing
Unfortunately, the prized Milwaukee brand tools and the sprayer attachment remain at large. Farm owners are desperate to get their expensive equipment back, stressing the significant blow to their business.
Police Appeal for Help
Cleveland Police are investigating the theft and urgently need the public’s help. Anyone with information is urged to contact them on 101 to assist in catching the culprits and recovering the stolen gear.
