Teen Stabbed to Death in Late-Night Attack
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Police were called at 9.13pm and arrived alongside London Ambulance Service medics and the London Air Ambulance. They found a 19-year-old male who had been stabbed.
Victim Dies at Scene
Despite frantic efforts, the young man was pronounced dead at 10pm. His next of kin have been informed, plunging a family into grief.
Crime Scene Locked Down
A crime scene remains in place and is expected to stay for several hours. Extra police resources are patrolling the area.
Section 60 Order in Effect
The Met has imposed a Section 60 order, granting officers extended search powers throughout the local area until 7am on Saturday, 27 February.
