Acton Rapper Fernando Johnson Murdered Near Home
The tragic murder of 23-year-old aspiring rapper Fernando Johnson, known as Fdot, has shocked the Acton community. Fernando was found critically injured on Rosebank Way at 2.15 a.m. on Thursday, January 26—just yards from his own front door.
Ambushed in the Early Hours
Fernando’s family revealed to the Evening Standard that he was ambushed by two men as he got out of his car. Emergency crews rushed to the scene near the busy A40 dual carriageway, but Fernando sadly died despite their efforts. The road remains closed as police scour the area.
“Fernando was a lovely person who will be sadly missed,” said a cousin. “As far as we know, this isn’t gang-related.”
Manhunt Underway as Police Probe Murder
Police have launched a full murder investigation. Fernando’s attackers are still on the loose. A post-mortem will soon determine whether he was shot or stabbed.
A Met Police spokesperson confirmed:
“At around 2.15 a.m. on January 26, officers responded to reports of a man injured in Rosebank Way, W3. Despite emergency services’ best efforts, the man died at the scene. The investigation is ongoing, with no arrests made.”

A crime scene remains in place while officers continue their search and notify next of kin. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward immediately.
