Police are hunting a reckless driver after tonnes of concrete and soil were dumped on the A16, sparking chaos and forcing a full road closure.

The mess was discovered at around 4:20pm on Monday 20 January, stretching between Kenwick Roundabout and Ulceby Cross. Officers believe the debris fell from a lorry or truck speeding along the route, turning the highway into a treacherous hazard during peak traffic.
