Gun chaos in Harrow: Two men shot near station – suspects on the run!
Police launched an urgent probe after two men were shot near Harrow’s Raynors Lane station on Tuesday evening.
Shots fired near Harrow station
At 5.09pm on 21 August, officers were called to reports of a shooting close to Raynors Lane station. Armed police raced to the scene as witnesses said one man opened fire on a group before speeding off with an accomplice on a moped.
Victims found with gunshot wounds
Two injured men aged between 18 and 24 were found nearby in a fenced-off area. Both were rushed to hospital but thankfully their injuries aren’t believed to be life-threatening.
Two men arrested amid moped getaway
Meanwhile, police arrested two men aged 18 and 25 on suspicion of attempted murder. They are suspected of firing back at the moped riders during the incident. The suspects remain in custody at West London police stations.

A crime scene is still in place while officers hunt the two gunmen on the moped. Enquiries continue to piece together exactly what happened.
