War Medal Recovered in Broadstairs Bust

Police seized a war medal after arresting a man on suspicion of burglary in East Kent. The haul was recovered during a raid on Ramsgate Road, Broadstairs, around 9.45pm on Friday, 6 March 2020.

Chief Inspector Ed Ruffle of Kent Police said: “We do not underestimate the sentimental value these items may hold and we are keen to reunite them with their rightful owner.

Suspect Held in Custody, Police Seek Information

A man in his 40s from Ramsgate was arrested on suspicion of burglary, handling stolen goods, and drug possession. He remains in police custody.
