Tragedy on Eastern Way: Pedestrian Fatally Hit by Vauxhall Corsa

Police were called at 5.17pm on Friday, 17 February, following a collision on Eastern Way, SE28. A silver Vauxhall Corsa, heading east towards Erith, struck a 33-year-old male pedestrian.

Despite emergency response efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Driver Cooperating, No Arrests Made

The car driver is assisting police with their enquiries. No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are leading the investigation. Authorities are eager to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or captured footage on CCTV or dashcam.
