Man in 20s Stabbed to Death in Colchester
Detectives have launched a murder probe after a fatal stabbing rocked Colchester in the early hours of Friday, December 11.
Tragedy on Greenstead Estate
Officers were called to Affleck Road on the Greenstead estate just after 12:15am. Sadly, a man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after paramedics arrived.
Another man, aged 21, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Arrest Made – Police Seek Witnesses
A 25-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. He remains in custody for questioning.
Police are urging anyone who heard a disturbance late Thursday night or early Friday morning, or witnessed anything suspicious near Affleck Road, to come forward.
