Pub Skeleton Heist Baffles North Yorkshire Cops
On Halloween night, just before 10 pm, a bizarre theft went down in a Church Street pub. A man swiped a skeleton decoration, sparking a police hunt.
Masked Bones Thief Caught on Camera
CCTV shows a slim, young bloke in his early 20s, white with short blond hair, wearing a sharp black tuxedo. He grabbed the skeleton and legged it out of the pub. A woman with him – medium build, long black hair, all in black – tried to stop him but failed.
North Yorkshire Police Seek Public’s Help
The police have released CCTV snaps of the pair and want anyone who recognises them to come forward. They say these images are key to cracking the case.
