Vandals Wreck Thirsk Racecourse Overnight
North Yorkshire Police have launched a probe after brazen vandals attacked Thirsk Racecourse under cover of darkness.
Van Targeted and Buildings Smashed
During the night between Wednesday 19 May and Thursday 20 May 2021, suspects broke into a van, damaging its bodywork. They also smashed a glass door and caused significant damage to the racecourse buildings.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Forensic teams are on the scene investigating the damage. Cops urge anyone with information to call North Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting reference 12210121544.
