At 2:08pm on July 18, emergency services scrambled to Harrow Manorway following a distress call. Paramedics, a rapid response car with a medic, an incident response officer, and a clinical team manager were all dispatched immediately.
Victim Hurt But Stable
The victim, a man, suffered injuries to his hand and leg. He was treated on the spot before being rushed to a major trauma centre as a priority. Police say his condition isn’t life-threatening but warn the injuries could be life-changing.
