A 55-year-old man has died following a savage fight in Oldham, sparking a murder investigation and a dramatic arrest.

Greater Manchester Police rushed to Plumpton Close, Royton, at around 7.50pm on Saturday, 6 December, after reports of a violent disturbance. Paramedics battled to save the victim but he was declared dead at the scene.
