Two More Held Over Canterbury Murder

Kent Police have arrested two additional suspects after a man was found dead in Canterbury.

Man Found Dead in Castle Street Car Park

Officers were called to a car park on Castle Street at 1.44pm on Monday, April 10, where a man in his 50s was discovered deceased.

Three Men Now in Custody

  • First arrest made on April 10: a 27-year-old man from Whitstable.
  • On April 11, a 49-year-old man with no fixed address and a 21-year-old local man were also detained.

All three remain in custody as detectives from Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate continue their investigation.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Police want to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious near Castle Street between April 8 and April 10.

Drivers with dashcam footage from the area are urged to come forward.
