NatWest tweeted: “Our Online Banking, mobile app and Bankline are currently facing intermittent problems. We’re working hard getting them back up and running smoothly for you.”
RBS, NatWest’s parent company, confirmed they are urgently working on a fix. Customers were advised to contact the banks directly if they need immediate assistance.
