Chaos in Kent: Man on the Run After Violent Attack and Vandalism in Carnation Road

Violent Assault Rocks Local Community

At around 7.10pm on Monday 13 May 2024, Kent Police were called to reports of an assault and criminal damage inside a property on Carnation Road.

The suspect fled the scene on foot, heading towards the bustling High Street. There, he allegedly attacked members of the public and smashed several vehicles, leaving shock and confusion in his wake.

Victims Hospitalised After Brutal Attack

Two victims, a man and a woman, were seriously hurt during the ordeal and were rushed to hospital for urgent medical treatment.

Suspect Caught Within Minutes

Police response was swift. Officers arrived on scene at 7.18pm, just two minutes after patrols were dispatched. They detained a 30-year-old man and took him into custody as an investigation into the incident is now underway.
