Man in 50s Dies in Horror Crash on Redbourn Road
Fatal Collision Rocks A5183
A blue Vauxhall Zafira and a black Vauxhall Astra collided just after 2.30pm on Friday, 15 April, on the busy A5183 Redbourn Road. The devastating smash claimed the life of the Zafira’s driver, a man in his 50s, who died at the scene.
Passengers Injured
Three passengers in the Zafira suffered minor injuries, while the Astra’s driver sustained serious but non-life-threatening wounds. Thankfully, a passenger in the Astra walked away unscathed.
Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Detective Constable Dale Morris from the Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Serious Collision Investigation Unit said:
“Our thoughts go out to the family of the man who died in this incident. We are working to establish the circumstances of what happened.”
