Burglars Wreak Havoc at Crawley Play Centre
Police are hunting witnesses after vandals smashed their way into a Crawley play centre and council building.
Damage Ramps Up at Mill Pond Park
Officers were called to Mill Pond Park on Collins Road around 6pm on Saturday, October 29, after a group was seen causing damage. The alarm was triggered, and cops found broken windows and forced entry.
Inside, the suspects trashed appliances and computer gear. They even hooked up a hose from an outside tap and left it running, flooding the building and causing even more havoc.
Police Urge Public to Come Forward
It’s still unclear if the raiders made off with anything. Sussex Police want anyone who was nearby at the time to get in touch.
