Teen Stabbed in Yeovil: Police Launch Murder Hunt as Man Arrested

Police are hunting for witnesses after a 16-year-old boy was brutally stabbed in Yeovil last night. The attack happened around 10pm in the 1 Road/Sherwell Close area.

The victim was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.

Serious Assault Sparks Police Appeal

Detective Inspector 1 Jones spoke out:

“This was an extremely serious assault on a teenage boy and we’re appealing for anyone with information about what happened to come forward.”

“Did you see or hear anything suspicious in the Monmouth Road or Sherwell Close area last night? Did you witness any part of the incident?”

Man Arrested for Attempted Murder

Police have launched a full investigation and arrested one male on suspicion of attempted murder.
