Neighbourhood watch finally paid off when locals spotted two men dumping suspicious black bags from a Dunsmore Close house. The bags, packed with cannabis, sparked police action and a major bust.
100 Cannabis Plants Found Growing in Kitchen and Living Room
Inside the property, officers found around 100 cannabis plants flourishing right under the homeowners’ noses—in the kitchen and living room. Upstairs bedrooms held freshly cropped stash ready for sale.
Police Destroy Plants, Urge Public to Keep Reporting Drug Dealers
All plants were seized and destroyed. The cops are currently investigating, cracking down on growers who put local safety at risk.
Neighbourhood Inspector Mike Ebbins said: “This is an excellent example of the community providing us with intelligence and us acting upon it.”
