Polish Woman Stabbed to Death in South Ealing Alley
Ania Jedrkowiak, a Polish national, was found fatally stabbed in an alley off Church Gardens, South Ealing, shortly after midnight on Tuesday. Despite emergency services’ best efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Man Arrested in Connection with Murder
A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and taken into custody. Police describe this arrest as “significant” and confirm the victim and suspect knew each other.
Another Suspect Released
Earlier, a 20-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of murder but has since been released with no further action.

Officers are currently speaking with Ania’s next of kin and are being supported by specialist teams as the investigation continues.
