Brutal Assault Leaves Victim Facing Potential Blindness
Detective Sergeant Neil Winter of Chichester CID described the attack as “horrific” and warned it could leave the victim blind in both eyes. He said, “This attack appears completely unprovoked. It has changed the victim’s life forever.”
