Tragedy struck on Elephant Road, SE17, at 3.56pm on Thursday, 6 April, when police were called to a disturbance at a block of flats.
Emergency teams, including police and the London Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene. They found a woman with serious injuries who was sadly pronounced dead at the site despite their best efforts.
