Detectives release images after deadly gunfire
Detectives investigating the murder of Grineo Daka in Leyton have published photos of four people they urgently want to speak to. DCI Mark Wrigley, leading the probe, said: “We need to urgently speak to the people pictured today as they may hold crucial information about Grineo’s murder.”
Deadly shooting at Phoenix Snooker Club
Grineo Daka was shot dead shortly before 3am on Sunday, 7 July, inside the Phoenix Snooker Club on Lea Bridge Road, E10. The victim had been at the club with two other men when an altercation broke out with another group, leading to multiple shots fired.
Tragically, Grineo died at the scene, and two others suffered injuries.
Community urged to come forward
DCI Wrigley appealed: “If you recognise any of the people in these images or were near the Phoenix Club at the time, please contact police immediately. Your information could help bring those responsible to justice.”
